## About the Role

* 5+ years of QA/QC experience within construction, engineering, or industrial projects
 * Experience supporting quality programmes on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure builds
 * Familiarity with inspection processes, audits, and non-conformance tracking
 * Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
 * Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across project teams
 * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
 * Relevant certifications (ASQ, AWS, NACE, or ISO auditor) are a plus

## Description

* Assist in managing daily quality activities across multiple construction disciplines
 * Support implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with standards
 * Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), submittals, and quality documentation
 * Coordinate and perform site inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
 * Assist with identifying, documenting, and tracking non-conformances (NCRs)
 * Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and document control systems
 * Liaise with subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations
