 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
 * Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
 * Experience improving operational processes and workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience supporting fulfillment or field service operations
 * Inventory planning or forecasting experience
 * Experience supporting software delivery or technology organizations
 * RFP support experience
 * Experience working with cross-functional operational initiatives
 * Background in logistics or service operations

## Description

Lead day-to-day business operations by driving operational efficiency, analyzing performance data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and serving as the bridge between operations, technical teams, and customers to ensure successful service delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 * Oversee daily fulfillment and operational activities across multiple locations
 * Analyze operational data, build reports, and identify process improvements
 * Coordinate with customer support, field services, IT, and development teams
 * Monitor service performance, system uptime, and SLA compliance
 * Manage operational workflows, escalations, and issue resolution
 * Support inventory planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
 * Develop documentation, operational procedures, and reporting processes
 * Assist with RFP responses, budgeting, and operational planning
 * Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams
