 + Calculated fields
 + Performance optimization
 * 8+ years of experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
 * Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical reporting solutions.
 * Experience integrating and validating data from multiple enterprise systems and data warehouses.
 * Strong knowledge of:
 + Data visualization best practices
 + KPI development
 + Business intelligence reporting standards
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong focus on data quality, validation, and accuracy.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into reporting and analytics solutions.
 * Integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
 * Develop workflow metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and operational performance dashboards.
 * Optimize dashboard performance, data quality, and user experience.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, data visualization, and dashboard performance issues.
 * Create technical documentation, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
 * Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and business intelligence initiatives.
 * Ensure reporting solutions follow data visualization best practices and organizational standards.
