Essential Skills and Experience Strong proficiency in SQL. Good understanding of Unit4 ERP. Knowledge of the Unit4 ERP dataset/data dictionary. Experience creating and maintaining reports using composite RERX files (Xtra, Excelerator). Expertise in generating flat files (XML, CSV) using Report Engine. Experience with report conversions (ARC to RERX). Familiarity with Unit4 ERP import routines (e.g., GL07, CS15, LG04) using XML and fixed-length fields. Knowledge of AG16 and ASQL. Experience working with Unit4 REST and SOAP web services. Skilled in JSON and XML. Familiarity with Visual Basic (highly desirable). Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving. Solid understanding of ERP software and business applications.
