This high-trust individual-contributor role makes you the go-to IT person for the region, operating independently without a direct team and having significant influence over how we secure and scale our infrastructure., * 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security engineering. * Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft EntraID / AzureAD-conditional access, PIM, identity governance, and Defender integration. * Strong working knowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP. * Proven experience administering the Microsoft365 full suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender. * Atlassian administration experience (Jira and Confluence)-user management, integrations, workflow configuration. * Scripting and automation ability (PowerShell required; Python a plus) for identity workflows and IT operations. * Demonstrated experience with endpoint/device management (Intune or Jamf) and IT asset tracking. * Practical familiarity with AI productivity tools, particularly Claude-comfortable using, configuring, and governing AI in a business context. * Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound judgement calls without close supervision. * Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language. ## Description Identity & Access Management * Own the full IAM program: SSO, MFA, conditional access, privileged access management (PAM), and identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) across SaaS and internal applications. * Architect and maintain integrations using SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; administer Microsoft EntraID (AzureAD) as the central identity provider. * Design and enforce RBAC/ABAC access models; lead access reviews and certification campaigns. * Build automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to reduce manual identity operations and eliminate orphaned or excessive access. * Define IAM policies and procedures; ensure compliance alignment with SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR as applicable. * Monitor identity-related security events, investigate anomalies, and lead access-related incident response.
