Qualifications: + 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in M&A-related projects. + Strong domain knowledge in Retail, CPG, and Logistics infrastructure environments. + Proven experience in infrastructure integration/separation across global enterprise landscapes. + Expertise in cloud migration, network architecture, data centre operations, and workplace technologies. + Experience with IT due diligence, TSA (Transition Service Agreements), carve-out planning and execution. + Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. + Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, Azure/AWS Architect are highly desirable.
