We are currently looking for a Cloud Support Engineer in Spain.We are looking for a talented Cloud Support Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for cloud and Linux-based environments at global scale. In this role, you will work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and operating system issues. You will handle challenging problems across cloud platforms, containers, networking, and storage, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Operating in a fully remote, distributed environment, you will collaborate with highly skilled engineers worldwide and continuously expand your technical expertise. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge open-source technologies and the opportunity to build a long-term career in cloud support and systems engineering.Accountabilities:

 + Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues related to cloud environments, Linux systems, and open-source technologies.
 + Own support cases end to end, ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements and customer expectations.
 + Engage directly with customers via ticketing systems, calls, and remote sessions to deliver clear, professional support.
 + Perform root cause analysis on system failures, crashes, and configuration issues, escalating when necessary.
 + Contribute to and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support shared learning.
 + Participate in an on-call or weekend rotation as part of a global support team.
 + Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate issue impact, timelines, and fixes effectively.
