## About the Role

* Proven experience in complex systems design, development, and testing
 * Strong proficiency in risk and requirements management
 * Excellent technical writing skills, including protocols and detailed reports
 * Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, including TMV, DoE, and data analysis with Python
 * Ability to develop and troubleshoot test beds and analyze sensor data
 * Effective troubleshooting skills and the capability to manage defect lifecycles
 * Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills & Experience:

 * Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments is highly desirable
 * Background in the medical device industry or similar regulated sectors
 * Knowledge of digital sensor outputs and data analysis
 * Familiarity with manufacturing process development

Educational & Experience Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software Engineering
 * At least 8 years of hands-on engineering experience
 * Prior experience in regulated industries (medical device or aviation standards) is a strong plus

Additional Requirements:

 * This is an onsite position requiring full-time presence
 * Flexibility in work hours; standard hours are 9:00am-5:00pm MT, adaptable upon discussion
 * Willingness to participate in virtual interviews and potentially two rounds of interviews
