## About the Role

* Experience in SharePoint Online development using automatic workflow tools like power automate power apps.
 * Familiarity with SharePoint on Prem Server.
 * Well versed in SDLC Process
 * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
 * Strong requirement gathering skills and experience with Project management Tools

Preferred:

 * Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite like Microsoft viva and its integration with SharePoint.
 * ShareGate On Premise to Online Migration experience with tools like Sharegate
 * Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
 * Experience with Microsoft Project or similar PMO tools.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

 * Familiarity with Intranet site design and experience with online products like Microsoft viva, teams etc.

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

 * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
 * Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
 * Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and development.

## Description

* Assist in the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions to enhance user experience and collaboration.
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 * Create project plan, and assign tasks from the requirement gathered
 * Support the customization of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
 * Participate in testing and troubleshooting SharePoint applications and features to ensure optimal performance.
 * Contribute to documentation efforts, including user guides and technical documentation.
