## About the Role

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is REQUIRED!
 * Prior experience in IT or help desk roles may be accepted in lieu of education
 * MUST have hands-on experience working with computer hardware and equipment

 * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills* Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Operating System

## Description

* Provide coverage for all calls and emails received by help desk

 * Troubleshoot computer issues* Resolve network, PC, and related hardware issues including necessary updates and replacements
 * Maintain inventory of equipment via asset management system
 * Install equipment, hardware, and updates as needed
