* Attention to Detail - Must be detail-oriented; able to follow processes and routines. Design content while ensuring that all posts are accurate, punctual, safe, and on-brand.
 * Time Management - Effectively manage one's own time, adjust to changing priorities, and meet all assigned deadlines despite interruptions.
 * Proactiveness - Anticipate problems, needs, or changes and pivot accordingly.
 * Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
 * Comprehension and Expression - Comprehend and communicate information and ideas so that team members and clients will understand.
 * Visual Communication Skills - Collaborate with our social media strategists and video editor to craft visuals that educate, motivate, and engage the viewer.
 * Creativity - Creatively lead, attend to, and oversee innovative, unique, and original client campaigns from conception to implementation., * Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and marketing (portfolio required)
 * Bachelor's Degree in marketing, graphic design or equivalent work experience required
 * Must be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
 * Experience with Squarespace is a plus
 * Ability to uphold brand guidelines
 * Ability to troubleshoot creative challenges and deliver on schedule
 * Understand design restrictions and requirements for all social media platforms
 * Extreme attention to detail

## Description

* Become an integral part of the team, partnering with our Social Media Manager to translate marketing strategies into creative ideas and deliver compelling design concepts for our client's social media channels
 * Create captivating social media graphics to engage our clients online communities
 * Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to plan, brainstorm, organize, and execute assigned projects with an established brand identity
 * Apply consistent layout to all digital marketing assets including social media graphics in different formats, email marketing templates, and website graphics
 * Oversee and maintain ownership of work from concept to production, keeping project goals at the forefront of design work
 * Design assets for Scott Social to use such as presentations, web page design, business cards, and other assets
 * Understanding of historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media spaces
