## About the Role

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in software requirements, design, development, integration, and test.

 * Experience with the full systems engineering lifecycle (V-model), including writing and executing system qualification tests.
 * Knowledge of the software lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, test, and configuration management.
 * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

 * Familiarity with V-22 platform
 * Working knowledge of CAMEO, SYSML and DOORs
 * Model Base Systems engineering (MBSE)
 * Agile development environment using Azure DevOps or equivalent

## Description

* Develop and document requirements and interfaces, design analysis, modeling and simulation, system integration and trade studies
 * Coordinate with a cross-discipline team to meet customer/mission planning requirements
 * Supports Statement of Work (SOW) compliance by developing, documenting, and executing system verification activities
 * Integrate software and hardware subsystems
 * Follow a structured data driven approach to solve problems
 * Contribute to the completion of project/program milestones
 * Adheres to established systems engineering processes and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all project activities
 * Provide input and guidance to lower-level engineers with tasks and assignments
 * Analyze data, communicate results, and manage tasks and/or projects.
