Preferred skills: * Technical understanding in areas such as Cloud & AI Security, IAM, Endpoint Security, Data Security, SDLC, DevSecOps, Application Security. * Strong conceptual skills, high level of self-responsibility, and structured, solution-oriented approach to work. * Strong communication skills, an audience-appropriate manner of expression, and a convincing presence. * Good knowledge of the construction industry and regulations is a great advantage. * Fluent in German and English. ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to join our team at Hilti Corporation, amongst others a leading provider of Design and Engineering (SW) solutions. The BISO for the Business Unite Fastening & Protection Solutions (BU FPS) is a Line of Defence 1 role and will be responsible for defining and implementing our BU FPS security program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and standards.
