## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support mission-critical federal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, portal customization, and software engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment., * Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust

 * 6+ years of software development experience
 * 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
 * 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
 * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization
 * Ability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
 * Experience supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow
 * Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

 * 3+ years of portal customization experience
 * Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

## Description

* Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
 * Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
 * Design and support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
 * Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
 * Work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
