This is an IT Support opportunity within a business experiencing significant growth and expansion across a range of complex, technology-led environments. This isn't a traditional "sit and reset passwords all day" support role. You'll be joining a business of around 60 people where technology is becoming increasingly central to how they scale. Alongside supporting day-to-day users, there are plans around AI adoption, process improvement, collaboration tools and building smarter internal systems. They're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving things and bringing ideas to the table rather than simply waiting for tickets to land. Initially, the focus will be on delivering reliable day-to-day support and becoming the go-to person for colleagues in the Edinburgh office and the wider business. Longer term, there is genuine opportunity to influence processes and support wider technology initiatives.
