In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and network technical issues. The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills, can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical end-users, and is comfortable managing local infrastructure while supporting remote or satellite facilities across the Central Valley., * Education: Associate's degree (or completion of 60 semester units) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Equivalent hands-on experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. * Experience: 2+ years of experience in an active IT support, system administration, or help desk environment. Technical Skills & Knowledge * Proficiency in Windows operating systems, alongside enterprise productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). * Strong understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and basic TCP/IP protocols). * Experience working with active directory management, cloud database applications, and remote diagnostic tools. * Highly valued certifications (preferred but not required): CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Fundamentals.
