Proficiency with Linux, RTOS, and VxWorks
Hands-on experience with real-time systems
Ability to work onsite in Niceville, FL (core hours: M-F, 8am-3pm)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean development environment

Preferred Skills

Background in aerospace or defense software development
Familiarity with embedded systems and mission-critical applications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
