## About the Role

* Bachelor Degree in an engineering or related discipline.

 * Systems engineering experience within requirements, verification, and validation.

 * Experience with missile, defense, aerospace, or related systems.

 * Experience with DOORS or another requirements management tool.

 * Active or current Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
Desired Skills:

 * Knowledge of AGILE process

 * Experence with MBSE

 * Experience with system level integration and testing events

As a System Engineer Staff on the Medusa program, you be responsible for development system requirements and determining verification methods.

In this role, you will:

 * Support the requirement and verification lead
 * Ensure the system requirements are complete, traceable, testable and aligned with stakeholder needs
 * Maintain requirements and verification data in a requirements management tool (i.e. DOORS)
 * Coordinate and document verification planning
 * Support requirements reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR)
