Trinity is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through their research, teaching, and service. ## Description The Advancement Data Analyst is an inaugural role within Trinity College's Office of Advancement. Reporting to the Executive Director of Research, Prospect Management, Advancement Information Services & Database Management, the Data Analyst plays a critical role in expanding the use of data to inform fundraising strategy, with a shared focus on Reunion Giving and predictive modeling to support Major Gifts pipeline development. This position translates institutional and constituent data into actionable insights that guide solicitation strategy, volunteer engagement, portfolio strategy, staffing decisions, and investment of resources. The Data Analyst leverages Trinity data and external benchmarks to provide context, identify opportunity, and strengthen fundraising strategy and performance. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous and advancement-savvy, comfortable working across systems, partnering with frontline fundraisers and alumni engagement colleagues, and communicating findings clearly to diverse audiences.
