## About the Role

* Active Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
 * 4+ years of experience supporting radar, sensor, aerospace, or other complex defense systems.
 * Working knowledge of radar fundamentals, RF systems, signal processing concepts, and/or sensor performance evaluation.
 * Experience applying systems engineering principles including requirements management, system verification, and validation.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical data.
 * Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information.

## Description

FishEye Software is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and enhance advanced radar capabilities for mission-critical applications. In this role, you will work across the systems engineering lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate operational needs into reliable, high-performance radar solutions., * Support the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements development through integration, verification, validation, and field deployment.

 * Analyze system performance to evaluate detection, tracking, and target characterization capabilities while identifying opportunities for optimization.
 * Participate in system integration, acceptance testing, and operational validation activities for new radar capabilities and system upgrades.
 * Perform engineering assessments using operational data, test results, and performance metrics to identify trends and improve system effectiveness.
 * Support mission modeling, simulation activities, and engineering trade studies to evaluate system performance across operational scenarios.
 * Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action efforts related to system anomalies and performance issues.
 * Prepare technical reports, engineering presentations, customer briefings, and proposal documentation supporting stakeholders.
