## Description

The SuccessFactors Administrator will provide day-to-day administration and support of the SAP SuccessFactors platform during a major HR systems transformation. This contractor will serve as the primary resource responsible for maintaining and supporting the existing SuccessFactors environment while the internal HRIS lead is dedicated to the organization's migration to a new platform. This is a hands-on HRIS role requiring strong SuccessFactors administration experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently support multiple HR modules in a fast-paced environment.
SuccessFactors Administrator Responsibilities:

 * Provide day-to-day administration and support for the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
 * Manage and maintain employee records while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
 * Administer and support a variety of SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Report Center, Goals, Performance, and Compensation.
 * Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, business rules, user roles, permissions, and security.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve functional and technical questions.
 * Escalate complex issues to internal HRIS or IT teams when appropriate.
 * Support user access requests, security changes, and system maintenance activities.
 * Design, update, and enhance SuccessFactors templates, forms, and system configurations to improve usability and efficiency.
 * Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Report Center.
 * Perform routine system audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
 * Support testing activities related to system updates, patches, and enhancements.
 * Document system configurations, processes, and administrative procedures.
 * Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other functional teams to support business operations throughout the Workday implementation.
