## About the Role

+ Más de 2 años de experiencia en entornos IT.
 + Buen conocimiento en ServiceNow, JIRA y gestión de procesos ITIL.
 + Conocimiento completo en Dremio (SQL), monitoreo y alertas (Dynatrace, ELK: Kibana, Grafana), ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software (SDLC) y principios Ágiles con ceremonias correspondientes.
 + Experiencia con herramientas CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, DBT) y orquestadores (Autosys, Airflow, Reflections).
 + Conocimientos en Unix/Shell scripting.
 + Nivel de inglés B2.
 + Persona motivada, analítica y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
