We are currently looking for a Performance Engineer, Backend in Spain.In this role, you will operate at massive scale, optimizing backend systems that serve tens of billions of page views every month across globally distributed infrastructures. You will dive deep into application performance, database efficiency, and caching strategies to identify and eliminate bottlenecks that directly impact user experience. Working cross-functionally with product, platform, and systems engineers, you will bring a performance-first mindset into architecture decisions, code reviews, and incident resolution. Your work will have immediate, measurable impact, improving speed, reliability, and scalability across a broad product ecosystem.
