## About the Role

+ Experience in techno-economic modelling of energy storage projects, including system sizing, operational simulations, and investment-grade reporting.
 + In-depth understanding of EU and US BESS revenue frameworks, market dynamics, and value-stacking strategies.
 + Strong knowledge of Capacity Markets, Ancillary Services, and Continuous Trading Markets.
 + Active support to development teams in the technical and commercial assessment of new opportunities.
 + Contribution to the design, development, and ongoing management of analytical and financial modelling tools.
 + Hands-on experience with industry-standard modelling platforms such as SAM, HOMER, and MATLAB toolboxes.
 + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, Environment, Geography, Management, or related field
 + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy or BESS project development.
 + Experience in permitting, grid access processes, and feasibility assessments.
 + Knowledge of the Spanish energy market and BESS regulatory framework.
 + Strong analytical and project management skills.
 + Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
 + Proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects.
 + Negotiation skills with external stakeholders.
 + GIS tools knowledge (preferred).
 + Interest in emerging storage technologies and flexibility markets.
