In this role, you will be responsible for generate commercial invoices, proformas and credit notes of the shipments in time, in order that the clients can make the release of their products according to the Government Entities that govern the arrival of said shipments, as well as enter intra-company purchases / sales in the GTM/SAP System. Create commercial invoices, proformas according to business requirements. Create credit, debits, and accruals according business requirements. Safe commercial invoices, proformas, credit and debits properly for audit purpose. Posting of vendors invoices. Quality, shrinkage, Gafta/Fosfa settlement calculation. Issuance of insurance certificate. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety procedures and regulations.
