Preferred: * Master's degree in Systems Engineering. * TS/SCI preferred but not required. * Willingness to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week (3 days preferred), with increased onsite presence during early program phases and flexibility for hybrid work thereafter. * DoD or DHS experience is not required; candidates with diverse backgrounds and outside perspectives are encouraged to apply. Working Conditions: * Hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite at the customer's headquarters; 3 days onsite preferred. * Increased onsite presence may be required during early phases of the program, with greater flexibility for hybrid work as the program matures. * Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, with routine use of standard office equipment and collaboration tools. * Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. * Travel is minimal and expected to be infrequent. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift 45 lbs. ## Description Chugach is seeking a Systems Engineer to serve in an interdisciplinary oversight role for the Coastal Sentinel program. This position is Washington DC. The primary role for the Systems Engineer is providing systems engineering leadership across program workstreams, with an emphasis on technical integration, digital engineering fundamentals, and cyber-aware system design.
