## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
 * Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
 * Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
 * Experience with hardware Validation and Verification.
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Experience with DO-160 and DO-254
 * Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.

WE VALUE

 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
 * 15+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
 * Proven track record of successful hardware design projects.
 * Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

## Description

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule., * Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
 * Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
 * Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.
 * Support products from concept to certification, in the factory, in the field, until end of life.
 * Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
 * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
