 * Gute Kenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache oder Skriptsprache (z. B. Java, Python, JavaScript) sowie Datenbank-/SQL-Grundlagen
 * Erfahrung mit Issue-Tracking-Tools (z. B. Jira) und agilen Methoden
 * Einwandfreie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Analytische Arbeitsweise, Eigenverantwortung und echtes Interesse an qualitativ hochwertigen Lösungen
 * Große Affinität zu KI Tools
 * Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude daran, andere weiterzubringen

## Description

* Fachliche Leitung der Testing Community inkl. Coaching, Mentoring und Unterstützung der Tester Kollege:innen und Community Teammitglieder - ohne disziplinarische Führung
 * Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Teststrategien, Testprozessen und Automatisierungsframeworks für alle Testaktivitäten
 * Erstellung und Wartung von Testfällen und Testplänen sowie Fehlermanagement (z. B. Jira) in Software Projekten
 * Automatisierung von Testfällen
 * Eigenständige Durchführung von Software-Tests
 * Dokumentation der Testergebnisse
 * Issue-Tracking (Jira)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Projektleitung und Entwicklungsteams, um hohe Softwarequalität sicherzustellen
