* Masterabschluss oder Promotion (PhD) in Elektrotechnik, Mikroelektronik, Photonik oder Physik
 * Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Mixed-Signal-CMOS, Photodioden, analogen Frontends, Treibern, TIAs (Transimpedanzverstärkern) oder SerDes
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Datacom, Netzwerktechnik oder optische Interconnects
 * Fundiertes Verständnis von (optischen) Datenzentrumsverbindungen, Transceivern und deren Architekturen
 * Ausgeprägtes systemübergreifendes Verständnis von Optik, Elektronik, Packaging und Systemintegration
 * Erfahrung in der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden bei komplexen technischen Herausforderungen
 * Fähigkeit, Marktanforderungen in differenzierte Halbleiterlösungen zu übersetzen
 * Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
