* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich EDV/IT (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbar)

## Description

* Analyse, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen sowie Eskalation komplexerer Fälle an Drittsysteme oder externe Partner
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für technische Rückfragen und interne Beratung
 * Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung im Hard- und Softwarebereich, inkl. Durchführung tiefergehender Diagnosen
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an Themen der Haustechnik (z. B. Meetingraum- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur) sowie Unterstützung von Kolleg:innen bei Problemstellungen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen (Knowledge Base, Anleitungen, FAQs)
 * Mitarbeit an IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung der Support-Prozesse
