Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Global Learning Transformation Manager - **Company:** Mondi - **Location:** Wien, Austria (Remote available) - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Learning Management Systems, SuccessFactors - **Published:** July 22, 2026 - **Apply:** https://at.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=4bd0d591a3fb66df ## About the Role * Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and programme management roles with increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years leading a learning and development function * Demonstrated experience driving learning transformation, capability building or organisational change within a complex international organisation . * Experience designing and implementing global learning strategies, leadership development programmes and learning ecosystems , preferably within a lean manufacturing/IWS environment . * Strong understanding of skills frameworks, capability development and the evolving future of work. * Experience working with modern learning technologies, digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems. * Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions. * Strong project and programme management capabilities, with experience delivering complex transformation initiatives. * A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions. * Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment with ambiguity and competing priorities. * Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. * Experience working in an HR leadership role in publicly listed company (PLC) ideally London-listed * Sound knowledge of union/employee relations * Willingness to travel approximately 20 -40% across Europe. ## Description As Global Learning Transformation Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming Mondi's global learning landscape. This is far more than a traditional Learning & Development position. You'll lead the evolution of our learning ecosystem, ensuring learning becomes a strategic business enabler that develops critical capabilities, supports organisational transformation and creates exceptional employee learning experiences.
