## Description

* Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für macOS-, iOS-, Microsoft-365-Umgebungen
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Macs, iPhones und iPads über die eingesetzte MDM-Plattform
 * Administration von Benutzerkonten, Gruppen, Lizenzen und Zugriffsrechten in Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Entra ID
 * Durchführung und Unterstützung von IT-Onboardings, Offboardings sowie Gerätewechseln
 * Bereitstellung von Anwendungen, Updates, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Konfigurationsprofilen
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Pflege der Wissensdatenbank und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Support- und Administrationsprozesse
