## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (UNI/FH/HTL), oder mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung bzw. nachweisbare Expertise im IT-Support
 * Sehr starke Praxis im Umgang mit MSSQL-Datenbanken sowie sicherer Umgang mit Netzwerktechnik, Applikationen und gängigen Betriebssystemen
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Freude am "Tüfteln" und der Anspruch, auch schwierige technische Fälle strukturiert zu lösen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für klare, professionelle Kundenkommunikation im Remote-Support
 * Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Teamorientierung und Belastbarkeit - du siehst deine Stärke in der technischen Analyse und möchtest langfristig im IT-Support arbeiten

## Description

* Du übernimmst komplexe 2nd-Level-Fälle mit Fokus auf SQL-Datenbanken, Netzwerktechnik, Applikationen und Betriebssysteme - mit Perspektive Richtung 3rd Level
 * Du zerlegst Störungen aus dem Ticketsystem, baust Test- und Prüfumgebungen auf und hältst Ursachen sowie Lösungen präzise fest
 * Über Remotezugriff auf die Kassensysteme unserer deutschsprachigen Kund:innen behebst du technische Probleme direkt im Live-Betrieb
 * Gemeinsam mit 1st Level, Entwicklung und Fachabteilungen treibst du die Lösungsfindung voran und schärfst kontinuierlich dein Expertenwissen
 * Du übernimmst gezielt die "harten Nüsse" im Support und entwickelst dich zur zentralen Ansprechperson für anspruchsvolle technische Fälle
