 * Mitarbeit bei Projekten wie Onboardings, Rollouts oder Migrationen
 * Support für unsere Kunden bei allen IT-Fragen (Netzwerk, Betriebssysteme, Backup, Security) inkl. Telefon- und Ticketsupport
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Servern
 * Administration von Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
 * Dokumentation deiner Tätigkeiten und Pflege des Ticketsystems
