## About the Role

* MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software engineering, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
 * 6+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML software products in R&D & engineering or relevant domains
 * Have successfully built adopted applications using SoTA agent orchestration and harness engineering frameworks
 * Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, and other relevant languages
 * Experienced in local AI inference & quantization architecture
 * Strong software engineering capability across front end and backend services pipelines for AI agent applications
 * Hands-on experience with LLM systems (open and closed models), agentic AI tools and methods - harness engineering
 * Experienced with production hybrid AI infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization and MLOps ( Mflow, Kubeflow).
 * Working knowledge of AI engineering security frameworks and applications

## Description

You will own the application layer connecting AI models, internal data, domain tools and expert users, turning AI capabilities into software applications

 * Build and enhance AI-enabled workflow automation, and decision-support applications for technical users.
 * Design and deploy workflows and secure model orchestration.
 * Ground AI systems in data schemas, constraints and feedback loops.
 * Develop scalable backend services, APIs (batched and events processing), data pipelines, and deployment patterns for production AI applications.
 * Apply secure software patterns for IP-sensitive environments, including controlled access, auditability, data minimization and policy-aware retrieval.
