## About the Role

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
 + Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus
 + In-depth knowledge of Belgium payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
 + Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
 + Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset

SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant - Belgium
Activities under your Responsibilities

 + Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
 + Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
 + Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
 + Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
 + Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
 + Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
 + Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness, + Anticipate Customer Needs - We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
 + Own the Outcome - We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right.
