## Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Front Office Technical Support Specialist, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a hybrid working model! In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing technical assistance and support related to our products and services.
As a Front Office Technical Support Specialist, you will interact directly with clients, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your expertise will not only help maintain client satisfaction but also contribute to the improvement of our services.
Responsibilities

 + Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
 + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
 + Document technical issues and solutions in our support system
 + Advise clients on best practices and usage of our products
 + Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
 + Engage in continual training to enhance your product knowledge and technical skills
 + Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights for service improvements
