Nice to Have: + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms. + Exposure to UX/UI design processes and mobile app store deployment workflows. + Passion for sports and an understanding of fan engagement concepts. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a mobile application development initiative within a large, internationally recognised sport's governing organisation. The role supports the delivery of high-visibility mobile products that serve a global audience, operating in a fast-paced, event-driven environment where reliability, user experience, and continuous delivery are critical. The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience facilitating Agile delivery in software or app development environments, with a strong understanding of mobile workflows and team dynamics. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring Scrum principles are effectively applied while helping the team remove impediments, improve collaboration, and continuously enhance delivery performance.
