We're seeking a Senior Manager, Quantitative Analytics & Insights to support the evolution of our analytics function within the Global Revenue Operations & Enablement division, helping transition the team from fragmented dashboards and manual reporting toward automated, intelligent, and embedded insights., * Support and execute the analytics vision and strategy set by senior leadership. * Partner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into day-to-day business operations. * Ensure governance, compliance, and scalability of analytics solutions within assigned workstreams. * Drive alignment across functional partners to promote data-driven decision-making. * Measure and communicate the business impact of analytics initiatives to leadership., Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications: This is a hands-on analytics leadership role. You will help execute the future vision of the analytics operating model while managing day-to-day delivery across a team of analytics professionals. * Help build and operationalize a new model for insight consumption, including proactive anomaly detection, narrative-driven reporting, and natural language insights delivered into tools like Slack and email. * Serve as an analytical thought partner to Global Markets stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven guidance that informs decision-making. * Manage a team of analytics professionals, ensuring stakeholders such as product managers and commercial leads have access to high-quality, actionable insights. * Support enterprise-grade OKR tracking and reporting, balancing execution speed with analytical rigor. What You'll Own (Responsibilities): * Lead execution of the analytics operating model transition from static dashboards to a layered system of trusted data, shared metrics, and intelligent insight delivery. * Build and enforce a dashboard hierarchy (single double triple click) that ties every metric to strategic OKRs and downstream actionability. Support rationalization of dashboards and reporting assets. * Elevate OKR reporting practice through refined scripting, source alignment, and PowerPoint automation, while supporting the longer-term shift to dynamic BI., The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
