As well as proficiency in English (at least B2). 2-3+ years of demonstrated sales success, including experience in technology or account/customer management. Familiarity with modern sales methodologies, tools, and practices (experience in retail, internships, or entrepreneurial roles is a plus). Experience with cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is preferred. Relevant industry certifications are an advantage. Proven ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and continuously improve performance. Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) across multiple formats. Solid understanding of IT or technology concepts with the ability to quickly grasp new products and solutions. Goal-oriented, motivated by exceeding targets, and effective at collaborating across teams. Excellent time management, independence, and accountability in both supervised and autonomous settings. Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot). Passion for technology and helping customers achieve success. ## Description Act as the first point of contact, creating strong first impressions and building lasting customer relationships. Manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to negotiation and closing-while driving strategy and addressing objections. Engage with small to mid-sized business customers across industries to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support customer growth through upselling, cross-selling, and collaboration with internal teams and partners. Effectively position solutions against competitors and communicate long-term business value. Qualify leads, convert them into opportunities, and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline. Consistently achieve sales activity and performance targets. Utilize multiple engagement channels (social, digital, phone, video, product demos) to interact with and manage customers.
