Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle-scoping, ideation, build, and launch-presenting and communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications Solid experience in product design or UI/UX, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, product thinking, design quality, and measurable impact. Demonstrated experience cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Background in HR tech or global payroll is advantageous but not required. Familiarity with API-first or integration-heavy platforms and AI-powered product experiences is a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of AI tools to accelerate and sharpen the design process. Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design tokens. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Data-driven mindset, comfortable
