## Description

* Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic problems with computer equipment. Performs minor maintenance and repair on equipment.
 * Provides basic technical support to staff in person, via email, chat and/or phone regarding various computer related issues.
 * Helps identify and troubleshoot account and access related issues including password changes, identity verification and support for alternate access.
 * Manages help desk tickets in a timely manner.
 * Responsible for regular interoffice equipment/document/mail deliveries and support (San Antonio and Austin offices).
