This role manages integrations between internal applications and external partner systems, including phlebotomy networks, sponsor platforms, medical groups, CRM systems, and other operational technologies. The Integrations Engineer ensures data flows are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business and operational requirements. This role is also expected to contribute to Aton Health's evolving AI-first technology strategy by identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve integration development, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency. Success in this role requires a commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of AI-assisted development, automation, and system optimization. Success in this role is defined by stable and timely integrations, reduced manual intervention, improved data accuracy, and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
