Do you have experience in WordPress?, Experience Required: Minimum 3 years commercial experience with WordPress, We are looking for an experienced and motivated Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to work on a variety of exciting projects., The ideal candidate will have strong WordPress development experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently., Essential

 * Minimum 3 years of commercial WordPress development experience

 * Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

 * Experience building responsive websites

 * Knowledge of SEO best practices

 * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

 * Strong communication and organisational skills

 * Good understanding of website performance optimisation

Desirable

 * Shopify experience

 * Laravel experience

 * Experience with Git/version control

 * Knowledge of hosting platforms and cPanel

 * Understanding of UX/UI principles

 * Experience with WooCommerce, * A proactive and reliable developer

 * Someone passionate about modern web development

 * Strong problem-solving ability

 * Excellent attention to detail

 * Team player with a positive attitude

 * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, * WordPress: 3 years (required)
 * Shopify: 1 year (preferred)

## Description

As a Web Developer, you will primarily be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising WordPress websites for a range of clients. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to deliver modern, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites., Website Development

 * Build responsive and high-performing WordPress websites

 * Develop custom themes and functionality

 * Maintain and update existing client websites

 * Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and user experience

 * Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and plugin conflicts

 * Ensure websites are mobile-friendly across all devices

WordPress Management

 * Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins

 * Perform website backups, security checks, and updates

 * Work with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg

 * Manage hosting environments and domain settings where required

Collaboration & Communication

 * Work alongside the design and marketing teams to deliver client projects

 * Communicate progress and timelines effectively

 * Provide technical recommendations and creative input

 * Support ongoing digital campaigns with landing pages and website improvements

Additional Development (Desirable)

Experience in the following is advantageous but not essential:

 * Shopify development

 * Laravel framework

 * API integrations

 * WooCommerce customisation

 * Basic server management
