## Description

Sous la responsabilité du responsable Support informatique, vous intégrez un service composé de 6 personnes. Vous assurez la maintenance à distance des outils informatiques des clients professionels :

 - Accompagnement des clients dans l'installation des outils
 - Tâches administratives : enregistrements des SAV dans la base...
 - Gestion des appels entrants des clients abonnés ( 30 à 40/ jour)
 - Prise de rendez-vous à distance avec les clients pour mise à jour/ programme
 - Après formation : Réparation du petit matériel tels que tablette/ écrans cassés...
