 * Arbeiten mit GitHub, Pull Requests und strukturierten Code-Reviews
 * Einsatz von KI-Tools (Cursor, Copilot, KI-Reviews) zur Beschleunigung und Qualitätssicherung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und anderen Entwickler:innen
