Experience with ERP systems is a plus. * Confident handling of validation processes and regulatory standards. * Ability to translate complex global requirements into pragmatic local solutions. * A thinker with a hands-on mentality. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. ## Description * You lead and motivate an IT team and promote their ongoing development in an agile work environment. * You are responsible for the local infrastructure, Active Directory, and our cloud environments (Azure-based). You oversee the continuous optimization and maintenance of our servers, databases, and networks (Ubiquiti Unifi), as well as the provision of virtual desktop solutions for flexible working, with particular attention to high availability in production. * You develop the IT strategy for the site and ensure that local requirements align with the global standards and objectives of the corporate group. * You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CSV / Computer System Validation: GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU-GMP Guideline Annex 11) and protect both office and production IT against cyber risks. * You serve as the link to production and are responsible for IT support of the manufacturing environment.
