## About the Role

* Fundierte Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management sowie in der Entwicklung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Strategien.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung, insbesondere in der Prozessberatung und der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Organisationen.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse etablierter IT-Frameworks wie ITIL, SIAM, COBIT oder SAFe und praktische Erfahrung damit, Standards situationsgerecht anzupassen und passgenaue Lösungen für Kunden zu entwickeln.
 * Breites fachliches Know-how in den Bereichen IT-Strategie, IT-Transformation, Digitalisierungsmethoden, Technologietrends sowie ITSM-Plattformen.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung oder vergleichbaren Projektumfeldern mit nachweisbaren Projekterfolgen
 * Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Ableitung umsetzbarer Handlungsempfehlungen
 * Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf Managementebene
 * Erfahrung in Projektleitung und Teamführung sowie hohe Selbstorganisation im Remote-Umfeld
 * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Kundenterminen vor Ort

## Description

* Entwicklung der zukunftsfähigen IT-Organisationsmodelle und deren zentraler Bausteine unter Berücksichtigung der IT-Strategie, marktüblicher Standards sowie Best Practices, gemeinsam mit Kunden und internen Teams
 * Ganzheitliche Ausgestaltung der IT-Organisation - von Prozessen, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten bis hin zum Service-Portfolio - und Definition klarer Schnittstellen zwischen IT und Fachbereichen.
 * Aktive Begleitung der Kunden bei der Umsetzung des Organisationsmodells und Steuerung des Transitionsprozesses hin zur neuen Zielorganisation, inklusive Stakeholder-Management, Prozessimplementierung sowie der Befähigung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
 * Führung und Steuerung komplexer Kundenprojekte inklusive Projektplanung, -budgetierung und Qualitätssicherung
 * Erarbeitung strategischer Empfehlungen und Umsetzungskonzepte auf Basis fundierter Analysen
 * Beratung und Schnittstellenmanagement mit Stakeholdern sowie Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
 * Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Junior Consultants und interdisziplinären Projektteams
 * Unterstützung bei Business Development Aktivitäten und Angebotserstellung
