## Description

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves supporting agile delivery, tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and enabling automation/self-service impact. Candidates should have 2-4 years of analytics/ops experience (or MBA), strong Excel/Power BI skills, hands-on agentic tools exposure, and interest in GenAI & automation., Support agile ceremonies & delivery tracking

 - Define & monitor KPIs (ticket deflection, adoption, resolution time, cost

savings)

 - Build dashboards/reports in Excel/Power BI

 - Translate technical work into executive-ready outputs

 - Identify workflow gaps & propose automation improvements
