 * Netzwerktechnik
Grundlegende Router-/Switch-Konfiguration, Netzwerkdiagnose.

 * Vor-Ort-Unterstützung beim Kunden
Aufbau und Pflege von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Verkabelung, Troubleshooting.

 * Dokumentation
Saubere, strukturierte Dokumentation von Änderungen, Konfigurationen und Tickets.
